During my Easter weekend stay, I was impressed by the welcoming and friendly staff. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable and made my stay comfortable. Another advantage of the hotel was the excellent restaurant that offered delicious meals.
The decor looked a bit outdated and could use some updating. the bathroom was poorly maintained, and the lighting was quite dim.

The hotel had a very shabby exterior and was hard to find. The reception area was dark and uninviting, signaling that the hotel was not well-maintained.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was conveniently close to Papworth hospital, where my wife's mum was undergoing a major operation. it was next to a road improvement scheme, which made transportation easier. the rooms were adequately clean with fresh towels provided daily, and the bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep.
The overall approach of the staff was not up to par, and their customer service skills left much to be desired.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, always smiling and happy to help with anything we required. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The food in the on-site Chinese restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the hospital we were visiting. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent.
All was good.

The staff were friendly and provided a complimentary drive to and from the hospital, which was a great help. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with a good mattress for a restful sleep. The breakfast served at 6.45 was a nice touch, ensuring a good start to the day.
